In Season 13 the Kansas City Breath Mints finished 12th in the Mild League, and 22nd in the ILB, and won 0 blessings in the Election. Placing in the bottom 4 teams, they gained a Free Will.

During the Season 13 Earlsiesta, all teams beside the Baltimore Crabs (whose Ballpark had already been completed) began construction on their Ballparks. Construction was completed following the Season 13 Latesiesta, with the Breath Mints building the Kansas City Freshdome, also known as The Meadow.

In the postseason, the Breath Mints were selected as the Mild League Wild Card, and won their first postseason series against the New York Millennials in the Wild Card round. They continued however their record of never proceeding past the Division Series, losing 0-3 to the eventual champions, the Baltimore Crabs.
