History

Ingram's appearance resembles a humanoid skeletal mass with an excessive amount of teeth in inappropriate places. She is known for her impeccable fashion sense, wrapping her bony appendages in bright colors and extravagant patterns, even when on the blaseball field. Especially notable is her belt, which is composed of blaseskulls (skulls of blaseballs which have long since passed). Her first name is derived from her terrible spelling and her trademark inability to remember how to spell the word "Lich."

It is rumored that Eduardo Ingram manifested into this plane at the exact same moment as Leach, and that their marriage is one of the immutable laws of the universe.

Ingram had been using "Spooky Scary Skeletons" as her walk-up music, but after the incineration of her husband, she now prefers playing a horribly scratched vinyl record of "Tears in Heaven".

Pitching Abilities

Ingram's favored "pitching" strategy is to coat her blaseballs in ectoplasm and throw them directly at the other team's catchers, causing them to recoil in disgust and horror. This method—dubbed by fans as "ghlostbusting"—has a very low success rate, having only proved effective in a singular instance.

As of Season 5, Day 71, Ingram currently holds the worst pitching record of the Breath Mints pitching staff. This is unsurprising—as a Lich with no eyes, Ingram cannot see the ball, batter, or catcher in any traditional sense. Instead, Ingram uses echolocation and vibrations in her ear bones to visualize the strike zone. Since Ingram has no lungs, she primarily relies on the screams of the crowd in order to create the pre-requisite vibrations. Remember: when you cheer Ingram, you are helping her pitch better!

Ingram enjoys peanut weather (due to all the crunching noise) and dislikes Reverb. As an advocate for more skeletons in popular media, she enjoys listening to the movies Coco and The Nightmare Before Christmas.

Musical Career

Ingram is a founding member, lead vocalist, and trombone player of the black metal band the Kansas City Death Mints. She has also released over 100 albums as part of her solo project, The Leach Ingram Experience, which combines jazz and metal with experimental soundscapes such as the screams of the damned, the sound of blaseball fans groaning as yet another ball misses the strike zone, random screeching, xylobones, and choruses of the undead. These vinyls have been known to cause blindness, deafness, fits of paranoia and rage, and should not be listened to by anyone.

Unsubstantiated Rumors

  • Ingram may not know that Grey Alvarado exists, due to the fact that Alvarado deadens all sounds within 5 feet of him.
  • After her sudden relocation to Oxford, Ingram has taken up residence in the depths of the Central Oxford Tesco, reportedly taking personal responsibility for maintaining the escalator, and keeping its inner workings well fed and hydrated through a mix of expired energy drinks and protein shakes.
