Active Rules	Eat The RichAt the end of each Season, the Fans with the top 1% of Coins will have their funds redistributed throughout the 99%.  Party TimeA Team will enter Party Time if receiving 1 Win per remaining game would not land them in the Postseason. In Party Time, they'll receive random Stat Boosts from Partying.  Wild CardsAt the end of the regular season, 1 Wild Card will be drawn at random from the remaining Teams in each Sub-League to receive a Postseason Birth.  Based EvolutionEvery Third Championship a Team wins will cause the Team and its Players to Evolve. Players that round the phylogenic Bases will get to go Home.  Free WillsThe bottom four finishing Teams in the League will receive an extra Will in that Season's Election.  All You Can EatFans are free to buy and discard Snack Slots in their Snack Pack. The number of Slots they have will determine their Payout Modifier for all Snacks. The less slots, the higher the Payout Modifier.  Community ChestAnytime 3000 Runs are accumulated league-wide, every Team will receive an Item Crate for a random active Player on their Team.  FairgroundsAll games have a chance of being Prize Matches, in which the winning Team will open an Item Crate.  Hype TrainShaming your opponent will build Hype in your Ballpark.  RatificationRenovations built by at least 18 Teams will be Ratified into Non-Physical Law for the entire League.  Hotel MotelThe Hotel Motel will occasionally create Holiday Innings during the Earlseason, where you Party instead of Score.  TurntablesBallpark: Any Win earned from a non-loss in this Ballpark during the Regular Season will be converted to an Unwin. League: Any Win earned from a non-loss during the Regular Season will be converted to an Unwin.  The UnderbracketEvery Postseason, the bottom finishing Teams will compete in the Underbracket while the top finishing Teams compete in the standard Overbracket.  Sun(Sun)All Wins and Unwins earned will be Squared.  TunnelsTunnels allow the Home Team to steal from the Away Team in this Ballpark.  Sun 30When a game enters Extra Innings, both Teams will immediately earn 1 Win.  BalloonsA small, permanent amount of negative eDensity is added for each Run or Win earned in this Ballpark.  Bird HotelWhen the Home Team parties, a number of Birds will come join the Party.  VoicemailWhen the Home Team is shut out in this Ballpark, they'll swap the worst Batter in their Lineup with the best Batter in their Shadows.  Sun .1Weather. Each Run scored is worth .1 more per Inning.  Phantom Thieves' GuildIf the Home Team loses by 9 Runs in this Ballpark, they will steal from their opponent's Shadows.  Equal SunA home run during a game's final out ties the game.  Sum SunWeather. Each successive scoring play by a Team within a half inning is worth an additional Run.  MAXIMUM SUNScoring plays in Maximum Blaseball are worth 3x the Runs.

Internet League Blaseball (ILB) is a professional Blaseball organization based on the Immaterial Plane. It is the second-oldest known professional Blaseball league, succeeding Ultra League Blaseball. 24 Teams from North America, Japan, Hawai'i, and Hades currently play in the league. The league officially returned from siesta on July 20th, 2020 at the beginning of Season 1. During the Expansion Era, four Expansion Teams descended into the League, increasing the number of teams in the league from 20 to 24.

At the end of every season, the best performing team from each league faces off in the Internet Series to determine the champion of Blaseball. The Baltimore Crabs currently hold the record for the most Internet Series wins with 4 championships, having ascended after the third. The Atlantis Georgias and Ohio Worms are recorded to have 4 championship wins as well, having apparently taken place beyond the scope of Internet League Blaseball. Since the beginning of the Expansion Era, teams Evolve for every three championship wins, with the Hades Tigers, Atlantis Georgias, Ohio Worms, Baltimore Crabs, and Core Mechanics having reached Base 1 Evolution.

The league also employs Umpires to watch over the games and keep things under control.

ILB games are broadcast both on the internet and the radio. Further means of Blaseball dissemination are being researched.

The ILB is known to have been reformed multiple times. The league was first created upon Ultra League Blaseball being Re-Named in the Season A Election in September 1983, and was then active for at least four seasons from 1984–1987. At some point this iteration of the league ceased to be active, until the ILB was reformed on The First Day (2nd Edition) in January 2000. This iteration, too, would at some point become inactive, and the ILB would not enter its modern iteration until its eventual return at the beginning of Season 0 on July 12th, 2020.

Since its return in Season 1, the ILB has run for a total of 21 Seasons, split between the Discipline Era (Seasons 2-10) and the Expansion Era (Season 12 onwards). Between Seasons 3 and 4, The Commissioner called for the first ever Grand Siesta, halting ILB activity for two weeks to conduct league maintenance. After the Discipline Era concluded, the Boss called for a second Grand Siesta between Seasons 11 and 12, which lasted eighteen weeks. During the time period in between those seasons, the League hosted the four-week long Coffee Cup.

ILB Sub-Leagues

From its inception until Season 5, the ILB was divided into two smaller Sub-Leagues, the Good League and the Evil League, which were each divided into a Lawful and Chaotic division.

From Season 6 onwards, the ILB has been divided into the Wild League and the Mild League, which are each divided into a High and Low division. The divisional placement of each team was originally based on the teams' performance in Season 5, though a few teams have changed divisions since then.
