Internet League Blaseball (ILB) is a professional Blaseball organization and is the oldest known professional Blaseball league. A total of 20 teams from North America, Japan, Hawai'i, and Hades play in the league. In addition to those 20 teams, the Hall Stars, THE SHELLED ONE'S PODS, and a 0th team are apart of the league, but do not participate in regularly scheduled games. The league had its official start on July 20th, 2020, the beginning of Season 1.

At the end of every season, the best performing team from each league faces off in the Internet Series to determine the true champion of blaseball. The Baltimore Crabs currently hold the record for the most Internet Series wins with 3 championships and have since ascended. As for teams still competing in the ILB, the Philly Pies and the Hades Tigers currently share the record for most Internet Series wins with 2 championships each.

The head of ILB is currently Parker MacMillan IIII, known to many as The Commissioner. The Commissioner employs Umpires to watch over the games and keep things under control.

ILB games are broadcast both on the internet and the radio. Further means of Blaseball dissemination are being researched.

Starting at Season 6, the ILB is divided into two smaller leagues, the Wild League and the Mild League, which is separated into the Wild High, Wild Low, Mild High, and Mild Low divisions. The restructuring of which teams were placed into which divisions is based on the teams' performance in Season 5.

From Seasons 1 to 5, the ILB was divided into the Good League and the Evil League, which were separated into the Lawful Good, Chaotic Good, Lawful Evil, and Chaotic Evil divisions.
