Internet League Blaseball (ILB) is a professional Blaseball organization and is the oldest known professional Blaseball league. A total of 20 teams from North America and Hades play in the league, as well as an additional 0th team which does not play in the league. The league had its official start on July 20th, 2020, the beginning of Season 1.

At the end of every season, the best performing team from each league faces off in the Internet Series to determine the true champion of blaseball. The Philly Pies and Hades Tigers currently share the record for most Internet Series wins with 2 championships each.

The head of ILB is Intern-interim-Commissioner Prime Minister Parker MacMillan III, known to many as The Commissioner. The Commissioner employs Umpires to watch over the games and keep things under control.

ILB games are broadcast both on the internet and the radio. Further means of Blaseball dissemination are being researched.

History

ILB has run for a total of 5 Seasons. Between Seasons 3 and 4, The Commissioner called for the Grand Siesta, halting ILB activity for two weeks to conduct league maintenance.
