Base Evolution is a Decree passed during the Season 12 elections. Base Evolution was chosen with 247, 049 votes, or 53% of all Decree votes.

Under Based Evolution, "Every Third Championship a Team wins will cause the Team and its Players to Evolve. Players that round the phylogenic Bases will get to go Home. " Every time a team wins a the Internet Series, they evolve one time.

Effects

The first time a team wins Internet Series, every player evolves to Base 1. If a player has the Base 1 evolution, their first star is protected, so that they can never lose it. Base 1 players will always be at least one star.
