Season Overview

The Magic began the new era in style, with an iconic showdown between Chorby Short and PolkaDot Patterson. The team continued to have a fairly middling season, finishing 15th in the league. The team garnered more attention when their Arcana was pulled in the Seasonal Reading, resulting in Curry Aliciakeyes gaining the Over Under modification.

The Magic also experienced two noteworthy feedback swaps, both thanks to Jaylen Hotdogfingers' Fliickerrriiing modification leading to them joining and leaving the team. Longtime Magic pitcher Yeong-Ho Garcia was traded to the San Francisco Lovers, and was ultimately replaced by James Mora of the Hawai'i Fridays.

In the election, the Magic chose to focus their Wills on shoring up their pitching by targeting their lowest-rated pitcher, Cory Twelve. The plan backfired, as two contradictory wills both affected Twelve: their Alternate was called, and then they were sent to the Boston Flowers in exchange for King Weatherman.
