Notable Games
On Day 7, Magic pitcher Inky Rutledge threw the first recorded no-hitter in ILB history in a game against the Hawai'i Fridays. Shortly thereafter, Rutledge found the 2-Blood Blagonball. Rutledge repeated the feat on Day 37.
Election Outcomes
Blessings
- The Shame Bubble blessed the Hawai'i Fridays.
- The Shame Bubble protects the Mild Low.
- The Fridays had 6% of the votes. The Yellowstone Magic were the highest bidders with 13% of the votes. 52,900 votes were cast.
Season Overview
Early in the season, Inky Rutledge made history by pitching the first recorded no-hitter in ILB history. Later that season, Rutledge gained the 2-Blood Blagonball as an item, likely due to fans demanding that Rutledge be allowed to throw the ball.
The Magic had several close brushes with the recently-necromanced Jaylen Hotdogfingers; however, despite coming in contact with instability, the Magic suffered no incinerations. The team struggled their way through a subpar season and ultimately ended with zero casualties.
The Magic's blessing drought also continued into the election, although once again, the team was the highest bidder for two blessings: Shame Bubble with 13% and Exploratory Surgeries with 28%. Both blessings went to the Magic's division-mates, the Hawai'i Fridays. This means that the Magic were still protected by the Shame Bubble.
