COMMUNITY REPORTS
The remainder of this article contains lore created collaboratively by the Blaseball community.

History

Guerra was named according to the principles of onomancy—divination by naming—by her highly superstitious parents, who desired their child to become a champion blodybuilder. This endeavor failed as Guerra has long suffered from chronic back pains and instead elected to become a blaseball pitcher.

Her twin sister, Eizabeth Guerra, also became a blaseball player. Their sibling rivalry is intense, but reportedly friendly. Many speculate they, along with Kichiro Guerra, are actually triplets, as it would then complete a trio in accordance with Butt's Law.

Guerra entered the Firefighters after a successful career in The Underleagues. Upon her Internet League Blaseball debut her parents, seated in the first row, fainted in shame, an act which filled Guerra with confidence.

In the Season β2 postseason, Atlas came in second in the Playoffs MVP vote.[1]

As of the end of Season β3, Atlas Guerra was reunited with their sibling on the Kansas City Breath Mints.

After joining the Breath Mints, Guerra began training diligently in batting, despite having no previous interest in the position, in order to retain the Breath Mints' reputation of having no designated pitchers. In this, Guerra discovered a newfound passion for and expertise in batting, a skill all thought she would never use and an evident success for the team.

When the practical effects of Reverb were discovered, Guerra became immensely excited at the prospect of becoming a batter. Unfortunately, although the Breath Mints have been hit by Reverb, it has not allowed Guerra to transfer to the lineup.

After Season 8, Guerra decided that it was time to take a leave from playing, and retreated to the shadows. She still hangs around though, and has taken on the role of pitching coach, a position the Breath Mints have never filled before. Her strategy of "teaching the pitchers how to pitch" threw up some shockwaves, but is generally regarded as a stroke of genius. In addition to acting as pitching coach, Guerra also now has more time to help out her sister's bakery.

Trivia

  • Physicists theorize that Guerra's curveball could potentially re-reverse the flow of the Chicago river, but as of yet we have been spared.
  • Like all of us, Guerra is from Chicago.
  • Guerra's jersey number is 563.
