Box of Lady Matsuyama Files

Dust billows as the file box lands on the table. While many archives in the Interdimensional Rumor Mill are unified in some way, this... definitely isn’t one of them. The accompanying Rumor Registry explains all of the contents... wherever it is... but for now you grab the folder labelled IF-1.123 and start reading...

Lady Matsuyama is an eight foot tall tinkerer and artist. She uses a wheelchair and has a giant cyborg scorpion tail she built herself. Matsuyama is known to enjoy extremely femme clothing such as long dresses, even while working. Even though they may end up completely smudged and singed, she still enjoys looking "femme as heck". She sews her own outfits and includes pockets everywhere.

Matsuyama has a massive prehensile cyborg scorpion tail attached to her body, most frequently seen with a drill on its end. This tail is very flexible and can be used for many purposes, or to spin the wheels of her wheelchair, or to shoot lasers, or to screw in a lightbulb. Matsuyama can swap out the drill for a variety of other tools, such as hands, grabbers, laser cannons, motors, printers, paint rollers, or rocket engines. Many common tools are stored at the bottom of Matsuyama’s dress on a hoop skirt that doubles as a circular rail. To change tools, the motorized bottom of the dress rotates the appropriate tool into place, allegedly inspired by how multi-axis CNC mills swap drill bits.
