 == Biography ==
-Mandy Sulaco arrived in [[Hellmouth]], Utah a few minutes after [[Joe Voorhees]] was transferred to the [[Hellmouth Sunbeams|Sunbeams]]. She spent most of her initial time following Voorhees and documenting his antics and shenanigans, most of which were attempts by the man to help people but failing miserably. Deciding that the rumours around Voorhees and his murderous tendencies were false, Sulaco approached him with an offer: she would be his PR Representative, and promised that the public would start warming up to the two-masked man. He agreed, and for the following days until Voorhees’ disappearance she worked hard ensuring that his positive actions would be shown to the Blaseball community at large.

-At the end of Season 7, Joe retreated into the shadows and Mandy was left clientless. Putting a word out on social media, she immediately received an offer from the [[Hellmouth Anti-Tourism Board]]. Sulaco accepted the offer, and is now the second corporeal person in the Anti-Tourism Offices and Memorial Sunglass Hut alongside Jan Pandora.
