Season β5 would be the first season that the Breckenridge Jazz Hands would play under  Targeted Shame. Despite this, the team was 1st in Chaotic Evil and would ultimately go on to the Internet Series, losing 2-3 against the Chicago Firefighters.

In the election, the Jazz Hands would successfully steal Nagomi Mcdaniel from the Baltimore Crabs, but would lose ace pitcher August Sky to the Dallas Steaks.

Season Overview

During Season 5, the Breckenridge Jazz Hands were 1st in Chaotic Evil, 2nd in Evil League, and 5th overall with a 58-41 record. The Jazz Hands defeated the Hades Tigers in the Division Series and the Canada Moist Talkers in the Championship Series, but were defeated by the Chicago Firefighters in the Internet Series. In Season 5, the Jazz Hands played under  Targeted Shame.

In the election, the Jazz Hands managed to steal Nagomi Mcdaniel back from the Baltimore Crabs, though the team would lose one of its best pitchers, August Sky, to the Dallas Steaks. The Jazz Hands were also sorted into Wild High as a result of High Filter.
