Box of Brock Forbes Files

Dust billows as the file box lands on the table. While many archives in the Interdimensional Rumor Mill are unified in some way, this... definitely isn’t one of them. The accompanying Rumor Registry explains all of the contents... wherever it is... but for now you grab the folder labelled IF-19.222 and start reading...

Brock Forbes is a roughly 4’8” BLEGO© Mlinifigure© who seems to be able to change his head’s facial expression an infinite amount of times, sometimes even overlapping them, creating the eerie effect of having multiple Brock-brand faces on top of each other. However, he rarely strays from neutral, making this a rare sight for most non-Crabs.

It is unknown as to how he pitches, as he has no fingers, and very static methods of moving his limbs. Any video recorded of his pitching later converts itself into a fake stop-motion version, making the proof obsolete.

Forbes is the lead singer in Top Fifty Hit, “Am I a Man, or Am I a Mlinifigure©?”

Most information on Forbes comes from the news article “A Man Has Fallen For A Man In BLEGO© City?” An excerpt from it is as follows:

Local resident of the BLEGO© City district of Baltimore, Brock Forbes, has recently been seen rescuing fellow Mlinifigure© Adalberto Tosser from the frankly quite hazardous BLEGO© City River. While the two are known to be future teammates on the up and coming Blaseball team the Baltimore Crabs, the two had, according to interviews, “not fully met before this [BEEP] accident.” After Forbes rescued Tosser from the tumultuous and BLEGO© Crab filled tides, they were seen getting lunch together at a nearby diner, and possibly even—hold onto your BLEGO© pants, Baltimore—holding hands.

Due to the informality of this article, and lack of photographic evidence thanks to Forbes’ stop-motion picture effect, the validity is unclear. Several witness reports, however, now say that both Forbes and Tosser carry matching BLEGO© wedding rings when outside of games.

  • "Brock our Rock"

In Literature

Runolfio Peeper, the Crabs Poet Laureate, wrote the following ditty about Forbes:

A haze of smoke drifts from the pitcher’s mound
Where Brock (or “Fat Joint”) Forbes can now be found.
All know performance boosting drugs are banned
But drugs that make you worse? Those are just grand!

In terms of blaseball rankings Brock is meager
His bat is weak—his blunt is the big leaguer
Dazed and high, Brock often flunks his pitch
But measured by his chill Forbes is thrice rich.

Trivia

  • Forbes can frequently be seen spacing out on the pitcher's mound before a pitch.
