Demeter is the goddess of old growth and the cycle of death and rebirth. She is also the mother of Persephone (goddess), the owner of the Hades Tigers, Persephone visits Boston during the Spring to see her mother.

Demeter lives in Boston where she is not known or worshipped as a goddess. Instead Demeter is known as a wealthy philanthropist and a patron of the arts. She holds great personal and political sway in the city which she uses to further her own goals. Demeter is a major financial supporter of the Boston Flowers as well as local cultural events such as the Boston Marathon.

Parties and social gatherings are commonly held by Demeter, and are attended by her followers the Revelers of Spring and other notable citizens of Boston.
