Season 1 (Gamma) will begin on January 09, 2023. The regular season will conclude on January 13, 2023, followed by the postseason and Internet Series on January 14, 2023. The Season 1 (Gamma) election will take place on January 15, 2023.

Bonus Burps

Every ILB started with 14 players--10 of whom had fallen during Fall Ball, the other 4 seemingly randomly generated before games began. However, as games progress, it appears that the new weather Horizon, which every game is played under, have the effect of every so often having another player fall and land somewhere on the field during a game. The fallen players do not appear on team rosters, and their location is unknown. An (incomplete) list of players that fell and which team's game they fell during can be seen below.

Falling players can also, on rare occasion, hit a player on the active roster and knock them out of play. The fallen player will replace them on the active roster, and the hit player will go off to places unknown. A list of occurrences of this is below.

Ongoing Decrees

As of the end of Season 24, all Ongoing Decrees were Nulified, and are no longer in play.

Postseason

Ten teams from each league advance to the postseason: five in the Overbracket and five in the Underbracket. The Overbracket consists of the four best performing teams in a League seeded by Wins, as well as a Wild Card team selected at random. The Underbracket consists of the four worst performing teams in a League seeded by Wins, with a Wild Card selected at random from non-Overbracket teams.

Teams alternate home games with the higher seed hosting first. The Wild Card games are a first-to-two series while every other round is a first-to-three series. Overbracket teams advance via Wins while Underbracket teams advance via losses.
