COMMUNITY REPORTS
The remainder of this article contains lore created collaboratively by the Blaseball community.

History

Alvarado is a mime, and subsequently their bat, balls, and catching gloves are also mimed. These items can interact with other objects as if they had tangible form and are capable of creating sound. Alvarado will often throw a mimed rope around an opponent player, a tactic the Umpires have tried (and failed) to punish. However for all practical purposes these objects are not real.

Grey Alvarado's favored walk-up music is the second movement of 4′33″, a classical piece by American composer John Cage.

Grey’s Anatomy
