Season Overview

In this season, the Worms had something of a return to form: they placed last in their division, entering Party Time at a modest Day 90. They also triggered the activation of the Bottom Dweller team modification, which provided an overall 3.1 → 3.3 improvement.

In the Elections, Ephraim Ladd was one of few players to gain a unique Bat due to the Bats Decree; they received a Rock Bat, while the rest of the team received Bats without modifications.

The Worms went through several more roster changes in the Elections: Ladd was moved to the shadows, and recent addition Luis Acevedo was traded to the Crabs in exchange for Jacoby Podcast. The Worms’ Free Will ultimately went to infusing Acevedo’s Pitching ability.

Lastly, the team won two Blessings: Shadow Pitching Practice, which boosted the team’s Shadows’ pitching ability, and Epiphany, which ultimately impaired the Divinity of Pitching Machine.
