History

Aurora Blortles was a constellation from space. The amount of Stars in stars’ constellation was the same as stars’ total Star rating. Each person perceived Blortles as a different shape based on stars arrangement of stars; various Wild Wings had reported seeing star as a humanoid, a bird, a bear, and a worm, though Blortles claimed that stars’ forms were endless. Star also had a special relationship with gravity in that smaller objects were pulled into orbit around star, with larger objects merely pulled closer to star.

Blortles joined Blaseball as a way to shake IAU enforcers. When stars’ cover was initially blown, star jumped into a wormhole which led star directly to the Ohio Worms' shadows. The IAU claims that Blortles had committed the following crimes:

  • Stealing bases
  • Owning a pet jellyfish
  • Tax evasion
  • Incorrect use of Latin phrases
  • et al.

Blortles made stars’ way to the Wild Wings in order to gain the assistance of the Wild Wings Legal Team in proving that the IAU were framing star in all stars’ crimes (except for the jellyfish thing, that’s real). Star assisted the legal team using stars’ expert knowledge of celestial bodies and other non-terrestrial beings.

Blortles was close friends with Silvia Rugrat and Wichita Toaster. In stars’ free time, Blortles collected fancy hats.
