COMMUNITY REPORTS
The remainder of this article contains lore created collaboratively by the Blaseball community.

Lenny is a worm wearing a cupcake upon his back, thus resembling a snail... or, by some definitions, being a snail. Each day, he shows up at the ballpark wearing a new, freshly baked cupcake. Lenny is a baking enthusiast and fervent sprinter. He carries home made cupcakes on his back both for extra weight training, or for an easy snack while on the outfield. When asked at a 2021 press conference about video footage of Lenny sharing his treats with the opposing teams in exchange for letting him advance, Lenny vehemently denied all accusations. Despite this public denial, first baseman is a highly sought-after position in teams playing against the Ohio Worms.

Crumb is a legend from way back in the early days of Blaseball, and none truly understand the power behind his swings. Lenny has a parental demeanor, both as a protector of his team (and the league as a whole), and as a proud snail distributing snacks for both teams after each game.

Little is known of his earliest days, but Lenny insists that his Blaseball success began through a series of comedic misunderstandings and dumb luck.

Trivia

  • The Tale of Lenny Crumb: A Tall Tlale , from The Garages' album World Tour, is a folk song suggesting Lenny Crumb became the first Ohio Worm at the behest of Hidalgo Internet.
