Undersea is a Team Modification, first seen during the Season 12 Latesiesta. It is the Evolution modification of the Atlantis Georgias.
Effect
If a team with Undersea ever ends up with negative Runs, they will Overperform for the remainder of the game. Negative runs can be achieved in a variety of ways - to date, the Georgias have successfully activated Undersea by:
- Scoring runs in Negative Polarity weather
- Being struck out by pitchers with Triple Threat
- Hitting home runs off Underhanded pitchers
- Scoring runs with Subtractor players
- Scoring runs off Acidic pitches
As well as these scenarios, negative runs can also be achieved by starting the game with Unruns (due to Targeted Shame, Shame Donor, or an Event Horizon activation in a previous game), or from other modifications such as Underachiever or Tired players.
History
The following table summarises all 71 games where the Georgias activated Undersea.
