Player History

The showiest member of the team, "Hot" Fish Summer is always willing to give Tigers fans the heat they're looking for. While their casual dress on the field might indicate a lack of commitment, their fish-handed batting style has proven a dependable asset for the Tigers. They are also the official merch model for the team.

They have bitten every uniform they own in half, leading to a trend of fans making "Fish Crop Tops" of uniforms.

Integration into the Canada Moist Talkers

Before joining the Canada Moist Talkers, Fish Summer didn't understand the concept of an apology. This was revealed to the staff and team during a New Players Welcome Portrait Session (which was immediately pushed to the front of the schedule by popular opinion that "this Player is really Hot"); during which Fish Summer was asked by staff court room artist Josie "Doug" Applejuice to pretend to bite the giant inflatable Richmond Harrison for a humorous photograph. With their incredibly sharp teeth, Fish Summer accidentally punctured the material, deflating the attraction. It is reported that Fish Summer simply reacted with an "Uh."

After some team-building exercises and cultural sensitivity sessions, Fish Summer still doesn't understand the concept of an apology and will sometimes just say the word sorry randomly in hopes that it will do something.

On the Baltimore Crabs

As former teammate York Silk was plucked from the Baltimore Crabs, Summer found themselves playing in Baltimore. While there was a lot going on with the team at the time, they acclimatized well to the change, appreciating the semi-aquatic Crabitat as a reminder of Halifax and happily shredding the uniform provided by the team into Summer’s customary style.

Summer was quick to strike up a friendship with new teammate Finn James, with the two of them often being found eating strange things they found or challenging passers by to games of chicken in the Chesapeake bay that quickly devolved into the two of them chasing seagulls around when no one would challenge them. They also shared in quieter moments with James talking about her experiences with death and sacrifice in the Reckoning as Summer divulged their feelings about seeing Silk’s incineration up close as a Fire Eater and being unable to prevent it.

On the lineup Summer became famous among fans for following up the quick and nimble Tot Fox in the order, and frequently batting her into cries of “Tot Fish Summer”. Additionally, Summer was the first player to experience the Salmon Cannons up close when they were launched from the stadium to Elsewhere. While some were concerned about this application of the stadium renovation, others pointed out that “technically a salmon is a fish, so they’re probably working right.” After that memorable instance James and Summer were frequently found trying to get the cannons in the Crabitat to activate. They eventually did manage it, with Summer being launched all the way to the Atlantis Georgias in the season 17 election before ending up with the LA Unlimited Tacos.

On the LA Unlimited Tacos

After the Season β17 championship, the LA Unlimited Tacos celebrated at Venice Beach. After posing for a team photo, Wyatt Mason IV’s shell was carried away by the rising tide. Upon attempting to rescue Mason IV, Mcdowell Mason returned with Summer instead. They are both unclear as to how this happened.

With a storied blaseball career, Summer believed that they can adapt to their new position of pitching for the Tacos naturally. This did not go well. In their first pitching appearance, Summer was immediately recalled to the Shadows for Michelle Sportsman.

In the Tacos’ Shadows, Summer has started a webseries with Yummy Elliott called Should Not Eat. In this series the two fast friends rate objects they have taken a bite out of Hot or Not (Summer) or Yummy or Yucky (Elliott). The team’s order for replacement blaseballs has gone up significantly since this show started.
