Observed Weathers

Jazz appears to be able to switch to any ongoing weather condition (i.e. not including Pre-Historic weathers or Sun 90), though Polarity - was never observed. It is unknown whether Jazz weather can switch to itself.

In Ballparks where Weather Renovations had been previously built, Jazz would be somewhat more likely to switch to the weather boosted by the Ballpark's specific renovations.

In addition, the location of teams on the Map would increase the likelihood of Jazz switching into a particular weather associated with that quadrant. This was most conclusively observed with the Vault and Desert quadrants, which increased the likelihood of Jazz switching into Glitter and Night weather respectively. The weather favoured in the Horizon and Hall quadrants remains unknown/inconclusive[1].

Jazz was observed to switch into:

Trivia

  • It is possible for Polarity weather to occasionally switch to Jazz weather instead of the opposite polarity, accompanied by the message "The Band began to play.". This was observed exactly once on Season 23, Day 7, in a game between the Canada Moist Talkers and the Hawaii Fridays.

  1. The Horizon's associated weather can be presumed to have been Black Hole (Black Hole), but there is insufficient data to conclusively claim as such.
