Solar Eclipse (Blue) is mostly similar to Solar Eclipses, where Rogue Umpires can Incinerate a random player on teams playing under this weather. It differs however in that the Rogue Umpires may also decide to rule in a players favour which will boost their stats instead.
It appears that only players on teams with the Modification Rogue can gain the boosted attributes effect, wheras only players on teams without it can be Incinerated in this weather.
