Box of Enid Marlow Files

Dust billows as the file box lands on the table. While many archives in the Interdimensional Rumor Mill are unified in some way, this... definitely isn’t one of them. The accompanying Rumor Registry explains all of the contents... wherever it is... but for now you grab the folder labelled IF-19.136 and start reading...

Personal Life

Enid Marlow has not disclosed much of her personal life, and her teammates are similarly close-lipped about it. She has expressed interest in necromancy when told rumours about fans or teams performing it, taking out a leather-bound notebook to write notes in. The teams involved in the resurrection of Jaylen Hotdogfingers have most notably seen visits from her, asking after methods and the Trench. The amount of information she has collected about it is unknown, as well as her plans of what to do with it.

Marlow is always seen wearing a black, fluffy dress and elbow-length gloves, even to bat. It is unknown if this is a personal dedication to the aesthetics surrounding necromancy, or something else. Witness reports allege that behind the gloves is “nothing but decay and bone.” Underneath parts of Marlow’s hair, witnesses also report that there is “no flesh, just a straight view to the skull.”

Interpersonal Relationships

Despite the desire to return to the dirt rather than being burned, a sentiment a lot of the Ohio Worms share, Marlow has openly expressed that she’s interested in the “methods” of incineration, as well as the inner workings of the Hall of Flame and necromancy itself. This has not led to any animosity with the Worms, however; out of respect for her former teammates, Marlow kept the necromancy research out of team spaces, and in return, the Worms passed along possible leads under the table.

Marlow features in a few of the stories Luis Acevedo has shared from the Crabs’ time in Up, and xe has described her as a friendly face. The pair were seen together before their trade in the Season 14 Elections, getting drinks at a local coffee shop. It is unknown if this was related to their trade, or if it was simply two friends meeting. Either way, their opinion of each other in interviews appears to be amicable, with “a little bit of friendly hostility,” as one reporter describes.

Her time on the Crabs is not for the public eye to know of.
