Item Steal

Item Steal (known as Item Move during Season 18 and Season 19, and Take from Season 18 to 20) was a Will introduced in the Expansion Era which allowed Fans to take Items from a player and give it to a player on their Team.
Item Move was active during Season 18 and Season 19, and only allowed Fans to move items between players on the same Team.
Take was active from from Season 20 to Season 22, and allowed items to be stolen from any player. This Will was also called Item Steal during the election.
Mechanics
To vote for Item Steal, Fans are prompted to choose another Team in the league, choose an item owned by a player on that Team, and then choose a recipient on their own Team to receive the item. The item is also fully repaired.
