Snowy is a weather condition that debuted in Gamma 3, Season 1 as a result of the Circuit 00 Decree. During Snowy games, there is a chance of a random number of snowflakes "modifying" or "slightly modifying" the field, resulting in one or two players being given the Frozen modification for the remainder of the game, preventing them from playing in a way similar to Shelled or Elsewhere.
Separately, players may also have snow fall on them, giving them a small boost to all of their attributes. These occurrences are currently not shown in the Game Log or in the game's Feed.
