COMMUNITY REPORTS
The remainder of this article contains lore created collaboratively by the Blaseball community.

Parker Prime and Mirror Parker

At the end of season 4, the Parker Meng who originally joined the San Francisco Lovers was swapped with a Parker Meng from an alternate dimension.

The remainder of this article will refer to Prime Parker, from our own reality, and Mirror Parker, from an alternate reality.

Parker Prime

Generally confident and an excellent all-around athlete, Parker's great weakness is that she has falls apart in conversation with women she considers cute and has no ability to flirt.

Parker was a last-minute addition to the original roster, joining at the behest of her best friend, Helga Moreno. Parker played blaseball in college and was a natural addition to the team but she only agreed to play so she could get closer to her crush, Helga Burton. At the end of season 3, Parker still hadn't confessed her feelings (although she had started dating several other members of the Lovers, including Kichiro Guerra and Knight Urlacher - mostly by accident).

During the extended Siesta prior to season 4, Parker shared her feelings with Helga Burton over social media, and the two started dating. Shortly after, she realized that Helgas Moreno and Burton were actually two people who share one body; although initially alarmed, she talked it out with Helga and they continued dating.

Parker is Chinese-American and a life-long resident of San Francisco.

Mirror Parker

Sometimes called "Suave Parker" for obvious reasons, Mirror Parker has many similarities to her Prime equivalent: she's transgender, Chinese-American, a lifelong San Franciscoan, and an excellent pitcher. But the similarities end there.

In her own (possibly exaggerated) account, in Parker's reality the Lovers began as a playful competition between Parker and Knight to see whose polycule was best at blaseball. The competition was fierce and fun and everyone liked each other so much that they all decided to form a professional team. In this other reality, Parker was the team captain, not Knight, and Helga is one woman in one body masquerading as two different women. Parker had a big crush on Helga Moreno which she acted on immediately.

Upon arriving in our reality, Mirror Parker (so-called specifically because she's constantly wearing a pair of mirrored aviator sunglasses) accepted Knight's leadership of the team but told them she was coming for their spot, and set out with confidence to build a new and more extensive polycule. She quickly started dating Helga, Ortiz Lopez, and Percival Wheeler, as well as Lou Roseheart and Farrell Seagull. She also briefly met Parker Prime (thanks to Lou Roseheart's time travel powers) and made out with her alternate self.

She also pressured other Lovers, notably Percival, into stricter training regimens and a different, more cutthroat on field attitude, sparking frequent disagreements with Knight. This conflict came to a head in the season 5 playoffs; when Milo Brown started giving up runs in game five of the semifinals, Parker ultimately agreed with Knight that supporting him was more important than winning the game at any cost. Since then, Parker has remained fiercely competitive but been more easy-going with her teammates.

After giving up a few high-profile home runs to mir, Parker considers Baby Urlacher her nemesis. She believes mi has some secret knowledge about her curveball that renders it ineffective against mir.

Mirror Parker is more personable and confident than Parker Prime, and she loves to win, sometimes to a fault - but other than that, she largely shares Parker's core values.

Pitching

Parker Prime

Parker's signature pitch, The Parker, is so-called because it "parks runners at home plate." It has been reported[1] that the pitch can knock down walls, despite being clocked at an average of only 86 miles per hour. Phlysicists have not yet determined how that is possible.

Parker's pitching benefited from an attempt to get demonic help with her flirting problem. She attempted to make a deal with demons to become more suave, but due to a miscommunication the demon made her a better pitcher and improved the Lovers' overall performance instead.

Mirror Parker

Mirror Parker's signature pitch, the Parallel Parker, is a breaking called so-called because, as Parker puts it, "I can slide it on in to any spot in the strike zone."

Charitable Work

Parker Prime

Parker is a transgender woman and works extensively with Bay Area schools and youth groups that serve transgender youth. She's also a highly visible advocate for trans inclusion in youth sports. She coaches one of the many LGBT+ youth teams based out of The PolyHedron, the Poly Youth Good Friends.

Mirror Parker

Parker is no less outspoken than Parker Prime, but is more busy with training and generally devoted less time to charitable work. Upon arriving she did make coaching the Poly Youth Good Friends a priority, however.
