Season C was the second season of Internet League Blaseball, and is the third known season of Blaseball. It ran from March 1, 1985 to September 3, 1985. Notable events in this season include the incineration of the Alaskan Immortals on Day 8.

History

All known events from Season C are only available via The Library, in the following volumes:

• Pre-History I:
  • "An Eclipse", detailing the incineration of the Alaskan Immortals on Day 8.
  • "A Save", which mentions Parker MacMillan's Roam in the Season C Election, which caused the Canada Artists to become Unstable and later incinerated as a result.
  • "A Rivalry", detailing a game on Day 187 of Season C between the Canada Artists and the Charleston Shoe Thieves, as well as a later game in Season D.
  • "An Exile", which mentions Parker MacMillan's Roam in the Season C Election, which caused the Canada Artists to become Unstable.
• Discipline:
  • "A Sun", which mentions the incineration of the Alaskan Immortals on Day 8 and resulting increase in Sun 1's pressure.

Notable Events

Incineration of the Alaskan Immortals

Due to the movement of the Firewalker Parker MacMillan during the Season B Election, the Alaskan Immortals were Unstable going into the first week of Season C. In the bottom of the 7th inning on Day 8, during a Solar Eclipse game against the Phoenix Trunks, Immortals batter Blossom LaBelle stepped up to the plate, only for a Rogue Umpire to incinerate the Unstable Immortals, relegating the team and its players to the Hall of Flame, and chaining the Instability to the Trunks. The Immortals were replaced by the Downward Dogs, who went on to lose the game against the Trunks 0 to 4. These events are chronicled by Lōotcrates in the Library volume "An Eclipse".

Election Results

While most of Season C's Election results are currently unknown, from the Library volumes "A Save" and "An Exile" it is known that Parker MacMillan was Revoked by the Canada Artists during the election, Roaming away and making the team Unstable due to his Firewalker modification. This would lead to, on Day 3 of Season D, the Canada Artists being incinerated by a Rogue Umpire.
