The New Hampshire Eggplants were an Ultra League Blaseball team. They joined the league on The First Day, 1st Edition in Season A, and played from then at least until the opening of Season AA in Pre-history II. The team's current status is unknown.

On day 1 of Season A, the Eggplants played the Dallas Cows in Reverb weather. During this game, Cote Loveless hit a single and a two-run home run, and indications of both their Spicy and Repeating mods could be seen in the game text.

At the end of Season A, Eggplants players Cote Loveless and Rocha Hernandez were, respectively, first in the league in both batting average and home runs, and fifth in the league in batting average.
