Personality

COMMUNITY REPORTS
The remainder of this article contains lore created collaboratively by the Blaseball community.

When it comes to Scandal, they seem to have two faces. As seen on sports channels and tabloids, Sam Scandal is an aloof, mean-spirited, and cruel person whose actions are an affront to the great sport of Blaseball. They can't go a day without saying or doing something to rile up the fans. They've got a soul more monstrous than even the game's most incomprehensible players.

However, their teammates and fans have a different story. They say Sam Scandal "is the genuinely goodest person who ever lived" [sic] and "They have never done anything wrong."

Of course, the gossip rags are an official source while personal experience is merely anecdotal.

Controversies

Despite their high rating compared to the rest of the Steaks, Scandal's abrasive personality causes division among fans. Glossip reported Scandal saying "The Commissioner is not doing a great job," "I am not participating in the cultural event of Blaseball," "Incineration is not the only way out," and "I am not all love Blaseball." Scandal fervently denies saying any of these things, yet rumors still persist in the Blaseball world.
