Horse Mister is a Kelpie who is most known for their intense groundskeeping work in The Pillars. With their kelpie powers and cybernetic augmentations, they help keep the turf (which is actually a type of moss made for Pillars turf) at optimal hydration. They are quite stoic, only talking to give orders and describe their progress on the current task they're doing. It is rumored that Horse Mister sleeps in the S.H.A.D.O.W.S warehouse, yet no shadowed players can confirm or deny that rumor.
