The Fifth Base
During the Season 19 elections, Jesús Koch received the Legendary Super Roamin' Fifth Base from the blessing of the same name, becoming Super Roamin' and roaming to a new team every 9 days.

Official History
+
On Day 38 the Fifth Base was placed down for the first time in The Oven and fans discovered the intricacies of the Legendary Item.  A baserunner holding the The Fifth Base has a small chance of placing and stealing to the Fifth Base in the ballpark they are currently playing in, giving the ballpark ' modification and removing the item from the player. If a baserunner is standing on the placed Fifth Base, they have a small chance of stealing the base, giving them this item and removing the modification from the ballpark.
Parker MacMillan began acting as the blaseball Commissioner after Parker MacMillan IIII was Percolated during the Coffee Cup.

MacMillan took to the role with the same vigor displayed by his predecessors, responding to questions, announcing the start of seasons and post seasons, and plugging sponsors in incineration announcements.

The Base changed hands several times over the course of the season, and a full list of it's travels is available here.
Discovery of Parker MacMillan
+
Underhanded
As fans began to unredact messages from the Library in Season 23, they uncovered the existence of Parker MacMillan appearing on the Alaskan Immortals in Prehistory. The implications of this discovery, specifically the Legendary status of Parker MacMillan and the naming convention of Replicas, quickly lead fans to the conclusion that Parker MacMillan IIIII, along with his two predecessors, were replicas minted from the original Parker MacMillan.
+
As the season progressed, the effects of the Underhanded Blessing from the previous election began to take hold as Michelle Sportsman became the first player to achieve a negative ERA, ending the season winning 28 of her 32 games.

MacMillan IIIII seemed to come to the same conclusion, quickly expressing his distress on the @Blaseball twitter account with a series of tweets.
+
This was only the start of what was to come, as in the Giftshop that season teams were able to purchase an Underhanded cap, which resulted in a total of 17 pitchers across the league making use of the Underhanded modification, contributing to the league average ERA dropping form 4.5 to 4.1 between Season 19 and Season 20.

As Season 24 began, both MacMillan and the Anchor mentioned concerns about strange noises and shaking, seemingly related to the recently created Supernova. As the Team Incinerations and eclipses carried on, MacMillan could be seen responding to the Anchor, as well as reaching out to The Microphone. Finally, during the Earlsiesta as the Supernova collapsed, Parker Macmillan IIIII became the first Commissioner to speak on the site, with the @BlaseballMic account retweeting his words, and sending them to be seen on blaseball.com. His short speech was as follows:
