The Chicago Firefighters are a Blaseball team in the Lawful Good division of the Good League. They have been a part of the Blaseball League since Season 1. Like all of us, they are from Chicago. Their stadium is The Fire House.

The original Chicago Firefighters once had a manager and a coach. Legends claim that the original coach was even Chicago itself. Ever since the Great Chicago Blaseball Fire, the Firefighters have been considered a player-owned team, as all players are the coach and the manager.

The only other member of the coaching staff is the Third Base Coach. Each game, a lucky fan is chosen from the stadium and promoted to Third Base Coach, gaining the title Coach Casimir Pulaski Day. At the end of the game, the fan is subsequently demoted and their original name returned.

A rivalry between the Firefighters and the Hades Tigers erupted on Day 81 of Season 2, when the Firefighters official Twitter tweeted: "We are from chicago"[1]. The Tigers official Twitter responded "Um, so?"[2], a direct insult to the Firefighters' honor. Fans have stated that the rivalry will continue until the Hades Tigers are eradicated completely.
