Season A was the first known season of Blaseball and the first season of Ultra League Blaseball. It began on March 1st, 1983 and concluded on September 4th, 1983. The Alaskan Immortals defeated an unknown team 4 games to 0 to win the first Ultra League Blaseball championship.

The following events are known to have occurred during Season A's Gods' Day, before the season started:[1]

Following this, the Regular Season began, lasting until the end of Day 162 at which point Leaders and MVPs were named.[2]
