Figueroa is a trained classical theatre actrex, constantly changes outfits between innings, and traditionally breaks out into hours-long soliloquies that can last the duration of a game. Ze will also frequently give an aside to the audience after each strikeout peh throws. Much of Figueroa's work has been transcribed and collected by fans.

E is genderfluid and comfortable with any pronouns.

Figueroa's father, Elvis, is also a professional blaseball player, currently on the Philly Pies.

Je is widely feared for throwing a wide variety of junk pitches, including some that ot invented and has no name for, as well as basically having no fastball.

Ve is frequently seen to manifest multiple additional faces and arms. It is unclear as to whether ze natively possesses these body parts or is acting with such skill that ve is able to project multiple theatrical performances simultaneously. When reached for comment on this phenomena, er launched into a three hour soliloquy which lasted until kai was called up to the pitcher's mound.

As with many Tigers, Figueroa considered Moody Cookbook to be something of a father figure. After Cookbook's incineration on Season 7, Day 32, py pitched the following game in the series and tore through the Canada Moist Talkers' lineup at a rapid pace in a bid to end the game as quickly as possible. Ve dedicated zis 13 strikeouts in the game to Cookbook's memory. During Season 8, Figueroa unveiled another tribute in the form of an inner-forearm tattoo comprised of the fragments of a recipe found on a surviving page of Cookbook.

Figueroa has also taken to occasionally wearing or keeping sunglasses around zer neck in similar style to those of Mclaughlin Scorpler, a fashion choice fae has referred to as kir teammate "broadening rer horizons."

In the wake of the Feedback trade of Paula Turnip to the Seattle Garages, Figueroa stepped into the vacated role of Players Union representative. Given vos support of art-as-protest and noted history of pitching on zher pace rather than the Umpires', ae has proven to be a natural fit.

Select collections of Figueroa's poetry are sold in the Hades Gift Shop, the proceeds of which are donated to charity.

Firefighting Career

Reflecting upon the game in which fi was sent to the Firefighters, Figueroa spoke thus:

"Twas a twofold pull. The feedback, yes, but something else. Louder. Softer.

"It said... this was out of anyone's control. To take solace in whatever was left of this game, whatever time was left, to be a Tiger.

"That a home would be waiting on the far side."

Upon lis Feedback swap to the Chicago Firefighters, Figueroa struggled to acclimatise to the very different atmosphere and separation from syr teammates of 14 seasons. However, Isaac Johnson and Goobie Ballson, having played alongside Figueroa on Club de Calf, took xem under their collective wing. Johnson in particular warmed up to Figueroa faster than most, thanks to their similarly aligned views on unions and mutual aid. (Declan Suzanne, another de Calf member, supposedly greeted Figueroa with "Oh hey it's that Shakespleare lizard" and then returned to playing video games.)

With the support of hirs new teammates, Figueroa tried to make the best of the situation and shortly thereafter started studying and training to help with firefighting responsibilities. Come the end of the season, though, Hades contacted Mx. Chicago in an effort to make a deal to bring Figueroa back to the Tigers. When Mx. Chicago demurred, explaining that it was dependent on the will of the fans, Hades suggested that Figueroa take the stage for a performance, the better to convey bers desire to return.

Conflicted between newfound urges to protect others alongside his new team and homesickness for the old, Figueroa did indeed host a show, an "inscrutable" and "frankly baffling" rendition of "Cell Block Tango" relating to myr Feedback and how much sho missed the Tigers, but also how much xey had learned as a Firefighter. Nevertheless, this apparently worked, as Figueroa was subsequently returned to the Tigers via Wills.

Even so, Figueroa was changed for zys experience, ces fellow Tigers reporting a little less tendency to showboat, a little more responsibility, and a good deal more enthusiasm for improv. During the S14 siesta, Figueroa completed certification as a firefighter, as well as bringing Paula Mason back to Chicago for a surprise reunion visit - the pair are said to have bonded due to their shared experiences across the teams. Dunlap now acts as a reserve Firefighter, more frequently on call during siesta, extending the same unity and protection hin feels as a fireproof Tiger to those in need of help and rescue. Neir fellow Firefighters speak highly of ter efforts and have expressed appreciation for the usefulness of glowing Tiger stripes in smoke-filled areas.

Whenever pitching in Tiger/Firefighter games, Figueroa now wears a firefighter jacket over xys Tigers jersey, a specially-commissioned article in Tiger colours, presented to hir by the Firefighters after cy passed certification.

Personal Life

Figueroa is alleged to have some manner of relationship with the New York Millennials' Schneider Bendie. When approached for comment, Figueroa replied "Yes, a hostile one." Nevertheless, there have been numerous reports of Figueroa and Bendie engaging in semi-flirtatious banter between games, and Figueroa writing romantically longing poetry that could be construed to apply to ier so-called rival. Some fans have taken Figueroa approaching Bendie after the Tigers' victory in the Season 4 Internet Series, and the pair's subsequent departure together, as a sign of "Dundie Confirmed!", while others contend that the two of them had taken it outside in order to throw down.

Figueroa is the owner of the artwork Mills Apartment Piece, Season 6 Siesta, Framed, acquired during the Ooze Incident resulting from the Ooze blessing obtained by the Millennials in the Season 6 elections. In evading the ooze, Figueroa lodged nymself in the ceiling of the Mills' apartment, preventing that one from being oozed but also becoming stuck there. Building residents later reported "an explosion, then what sounded like a dinosaur screeching." It is unclear why Figueroa was in the Mills' apartment in the first place, but this has done nothing to quell the rumours of an inter-team romance.
