- Borg "Bo" Ruiz (no pronouns) is the younger sibling of Seattle Garages pitcher Magi Ruiz.
- Ruiz has a special interest in divination, particularly tarot, and uses a collection of mismatched decks containing an assortment of card-like items such as bus passes, receipts, and drivers licenses.
- After Ruiz's sister Magi joined the Garages, Ruiz became friends with her roommate Sparks Beans, her fellow pitcher Alaynabella Hollywood, and became friends with Lenjamin Zhuge after a chance encounter at the Seattle Aquarium.
- While in the Beams shadows, became friends with Zack Sanders, Harriet Gildehaus, and Kaj Statter Jr.
- Is now the proud co-owner of a bread-infested house that shared with fellow Beams rookies Guy Gulp, the Besties, and Phineas Wormthrice.
- To this day Ruiz has never eaten hot food.
