The Mexico City Wild Wings are a Blaseball team in the Lawful Evil division of the Evil League. They have been a part of the Blaseball League since Season 1. They work hard, try their best, and have good splortsmanship.

The Wild Wings team comprises of a diverse range of players - from the star pitcher who exists outside of time, to an ordinary car tire piloted by rats, and a batter with the distinction of being the game's first part-seal player.

It is unclear whether all Wild Wings players were put on the team intentionally, and whether they are aware they are playing for the Wild Wings, or even blaseball.

Fans take pride in the diversity of the team, believing that it lends an unpredictability to their games, in which "anything can happen", good or bad.

Management

The team is not technically managed by an individual, but by the intepretation of wingsauce patterns left on discarded plates of leftovers by a mysterious figure known as Guy Flieri. The particulars of the process are the subject of much speculation, though for the sake of paperwork, the manager is officially stated to be Guy Flieri.

Due to the outwardly chaotic appearance of the Wild Wings's player base and managerial style, their Lawful status has often been called into question. However, the Wild Wings Legal Team (in fact, an actual Underleagues Blaseball Team) and Gastronomic Conjurer Guild have a near-encyclopaedic knowledge of Blaseball law and a formidable ability to spot just the kind of loopholes and fuzzy boundaries that enable the team to operate in this part of the league.

Unofficial Slogans

"Anything can happen in a Wild Wings game."

"Wheels up!"

Team Chants and Superstitions

"Wild Swings, Wild Flings, Wi-i-i-i-ld Wings!" This can be done individually, or as a three-stage call-and-response.

It is a commonly held belief among Wings fans that the Wings win when they don't look at the scoreboard. However, science is yet to substantiate this claim.

There's a recent superstition among fans that if one combines the correct flavors of wing sauces, dip 13 wings into that sauce, and then raise the wing plate to the sky in the 6th inning, one will either (1) bless the team with The Flieri Shirt, which bestows unknown capabilities or (2) immediately draft a fan into the team.
