Official League Records

Standlake joined the ILB as a player in the Shadows for the Hawai'i Fridays as the Fridays' Season β20 Overbracket Playoff Birth.

During the Season β20 elections, Standlake's pitching increased from 3.1 4.8 as a result of the Fridays' Shadow Infuse will.

On Season β22, Day 11, Standlake joined the Fridays' lineup in exchange for Spears Taylor at The Cookout via the Ratified Voicemail.

Testimony on Cordula Standlake's Identity

Stories swirl about Cordula Standlake in the Interdimensional Rumor Mill. Wiki archivists have dutifully recorded some of them in a Rumor Registry, summarized for easy research. These are the notes for one story from IF-29.533...

Cordula Standlake is a coral colony turned baseball player on the Hawai‘i Fridays. Not much is known about the millions of years prior to the polyps joining the splort, or even how long Standlake has been alive. What is known, however, is the story of when the collective Standlake consciousness decided to leave the ocean floor. According to reports, the colony sought out Our Lady of Perpetual Friday to ask her for a blessing: to last forever. As the last of a specific coral species, Standlake wanted to grow and experience new things, remaining alive and rich without fear of environmental changes. The coral then left for a life beyond the sea bed and made a new home with the Fridays. Finding a comfortable place on the team, Standlake has found a new penchant for growing and changing shapes to look like different animals—as well as play a few pranks on some new friends.

After joining the team, Standlake quickly fit in with the rest of the Fridays. They were already old friends with teammate Spears Taylor as the two allegedly attended high school together, and many other players on the team soon grew to see them as a fun aunt figure. When not on the field or practicing their batting, Standlake often spends their time out enjoying nature. They can be found campaigning for the preservation of the Hawaiian islands and the Pacific Ocean, usually working closely with their fellow teammates and activist Yasslyn Statter Jr. Similarly, Standlake and Beck Whitney often spend their downtime gardening, both on land and underwater. Standlake is also currently in a loving queer platonic relationship with their bird spouse. When asked about it in interviews, they have stated that they “definitely didn’t just get legally married for the tax benefits”.
