Adrian "Addy Warhorse" Ventrer

Adrian “Addy Warhorse” Ventrer is a semi-frequent patron of the Emblem Warhorse who enters the bar through a trapdoor in the back storage closet. Primarily seen sporting carefully-made and well-used metal armor and a longsword at their side, the shield on their back sports the usual emblem of the Emblem Warhorse.

While they don’t have a name for their home other than “home,” they frequently enjoy telling stories of their adventures back home to anyone willing to listen to them. Ventrer has yet to run out of any stories or repeat any of them to the same person, though occasionally they will be heard regaling the same story to different people.

Ventrer and Malik Destiny became fast friends, bonding over their history as adventurers. While Destiny is close to being banned from the premises, Ventrer is one of Destiny’s biggest advocates for letting Destiny continue to visit. However, their friendship is perhaps more infamous, rather than famous, leading to the chances of Destiny being banned growing more likely, rather than less likely. Still, the two are close friends, and occasionally Ventrer will ask Malik if he wishes to join them back home, though neither of them expect Malik to ever take Ventrer up on the offer.

While some may expect this rough-and-tumble adventurer to enjoy primarily beer or ale, Ventrer instead prefers sweet and fruity cocktails, and allows Emmie or Madame W to create some new cocktail for them instead of requesting something specific.

Ventrer described the pull towards becoming a Patron as a familiar sensation, though they regard the game as far more laid back than whatever they were doing back home. Despite this, they play blaseball with as much gravity and treat it with as much importance as any other world-saving quest they might be given. Additionally, apparently due to their past, they’re found playing in almost exclusively Blooddrain weather.
