Not much is known about Yong’s early life, as it is hard to categorize what counts as their “early” life or their life before blaseball. Interviews from teammates say that Yong was a wandering traveler (a very slow wanderer at that) and made Mexico City their temporary home. However, Yong has accidentally made several remarks regarding major historical events that they may have seen. They have historically refused to comment on any of these remarks.

Early Life

Not much is known about Wright's early life, as it is hard to categorize what counts as their "early" life or their life before blaseball. Interviews from teammates say that Wright was a wandering traveler (a very slow wanderer at that) and made Mexico City their temporary home. However, Wright has accidentally made several remarks regarding major historical events that they may have seen. They have historically refused to comment on any of these remarks.

Like most of the Wings, it is unknown how Wright became a part of the team. Some say Wright wandered into The Bucket during team auditions. Others say Wright is eternally indebted to team manager Guy Flieri for ███ ████ing their ████. Some believe Wright was always a Wild Wing, but official records can neither confirm nor deny this due to all of their paper records being used as Cell Barajas's nest. Wright has also historically refused to comment on the subject.

Skirmish with Journalists

Yong Wright is a well known name among Mexico City journalists as being one of the most consistently difficult beings to interview. When asked about their time before blaseball, most of Wright's answers are either "Oh yeah, I remember that," "Yeah, it was really cool," and "They were pretty awesome." When questioned about being so vague, they reply, "I don't get caught up in specifics."

Wright's status as an eternal being has caused a lot of stir in recent health tabloid circles. Many of said tabloids have tried to market Wright's diet of ███, ████ █████, almonds, ████, and Rafael Davids's spicy milk as "the secret to eternal youth" to no avail and a lot of harm. When interviewed by one tabloid, The Second City Beach Diet, about their secret to eternal life, they sarcastically responded, "Just be an eternal being, duh," and shut the door. This is the closest Wright has ever been to upset. Coincidentally, this interview was published on the last issue of The Second City Beach Diet's tabloids, as the franchise went bankrupt after several lawsuits from ██████-related mutations.
