Targeted Shame is a Team modification. It causes teams who are shamed to start their next game with negative runs.

Effect

When a team has Targeted Shame, any time they are shamed they start the next game with a number of negative runs equal to the number of runs they were shamed by.

History

Targeted Shame first appeared in the Season 4 Election as a part of the Targeted Shame decree. This was passed with 32% of the vote, and applied Targeted Shame as a Seasonal modifier to the 4 top teams in the league:

In the Season 7 Election, Targeted Shame returned as a part of the The Shame Bubble blessing. It was won by the Hawai'i Fridays, and applied Targeted Shame to all of the teams in the Wild High, Mild High, and Mild Low Divisions.

In the Season 9 Election, Targeted Shame returned again as a part of the The Shame Bubble blessing. It was won by the Boston Flowers, and applied Targeted Shame to all of the teams in the Wild High, Mild High, and Wild Low Divisions.
