Oscar Vaughan was a player in the Shadows for the New York Millennials, and was with the team from the Season β15 elections until Fall Ball. Vaughan has previously played for the Kansas City Breath Mints.

Official League Records

Vaughan joined the ILB as a pitcher for the Kansas City Breath Mints with the Return of Blaseball.

During the Season β4 elections, Vaughan was affected by the Alternate Reality decree, randomizing his stats.

Vaughan was traded to the New York Millennials in exchange for Uncle Plasma during the Season β15 elections via the Breath Mints' Foreshadow will. Notably, Plasma had only been investigating the Breath Mints' Shadows for the duration of Season β15, Day 52, meaning all votes for this trade were cast during that game.

On Season β16, Day 3, Vaughan swallowed a peanut and had an allergic reaction.

During the Season β16 elections, Vaughan retreated to the Millennials' Shadows in exchange for Chorby Short as a result of the Millennials' Foreshadow will, resulting in a combined 6.4 → 7.2 stat increase.

During the Season β22 elections, Vaughan gained the Negative modification as a result of the Darkside Flip blessing.

History

Vaughan's full name and title is Dr. Oscar Vaughan, DDS. He is a normal human man who spends the majority of his time on the regular material plane, working at his dental practice and gardening with his husband. Occasionally, a spacetime portal opens up that brings him to the immaterial plane to be the Breath Mints' best pitcher, which he thoroughly enjoys.

Vaughan grew up in 1960's Manhattan and obtained his Dental Degree from the New York University College of Dentistry.

Vaughan's preferred walk-up music is "Oye Como Va".
