A finger is a type of digit primarily used as an organ of sensation and manipulation typically found on the hands of Earth primates. In Blaseball, it is a player attribute.

Fingers are believed to be a property that affects pitching capability. Players are widely believed to have 10 fingers upon entry into Internet League Blaseball and fans who have observed players' fingers have been able to determine that players may gain and lose fingers in whole number amounts. The most common instance in which fingers will increase or decrease is when a blessing manipulates the number of fingers of a player or players on a specific team. The blessing "Literal Arm Cannon" is believed to wildly increase the number of fingers a particular pitcher has, as with the pitchers PolkaDot Patterson and Axel Trololol.
