Edric Tosser
Edric Tosser is a player for the Chicago Firefighters. Like all of us, they are from Chicago. Their jersey number is 815.
History
Born in the part of Chicago sometimes called Joliet, his birth caused everyone in Chicago to have painful visions of prophecy. It was known, in all of Chicago, that Edric would be the greatest pitcher in blaseball history.
Unfortunately for the splort of baseball, Edric instead went almost immediately to work in the Joliet cinnamon mines. While bringing delicious delicious cinnamon to the people of Chicago is a noble goal, his true talents were wasted in the mines.
It wasn't until years later that [redacted] discovered Edric, sweaty and covered in cinnamon dust, coming out of the mines. Insistent that Edric should take up his true calling as a blaseball player, Edric eventually relented but insisted on becoming a batter instead of a pitcher.
Now Edric is known far and wide in Chicago as a hard working, salt of the earth, mediocre hitter who could honestly do better if he just tried a little harder. Like seriously, you could be the greatest pitcher of all time, please just pitch the ball, why do you keep hitting into double plays?
On Season 3 Day 20, in the fateful match against Yellowstone Magic, Edric Tosser caught a stray peanut their mouth and had an allergic reaction. It is unclear if it actually affected them at all, or merely slowed him down because he was busy chewing.
