Community Chest is a Decree that passed in the Season 16 Election, causing all teams in the league to receive an Item when 3000 runs were accumulated across all teams.
Community Chest was active from the start of Season β17 until Season β24 Day 40, when it was Nullified by the Black Hole (Black Hole).
Season 16 Election
In Season β16, Community Chest was offered as one of three possible Decrees the community could vote on and was available alongside the following:
- Goodie Bags Anytime a Player accumulates 400 Runs (scoring as a baserunner or allowing as a pitcher), they'll earn an Item Crate for a random active Player on their Team.
- Gift Baskets Anytime a Division accumulates 99 Wins, each Team in that Division will receive an Item Crate for a random active Player on their Team.
Community Chest passed with 1,164,807 Votes, 55% of all Decree Votes and the following message:

Community Chest Events
