Can't Lose is a modification first introduced in Season 1.

Effect

Can't Lose causes Players with it to switch to the opposing Team if their Team loses a game. If a player with Can't Lose is on the Championship-winning Team, they lose the modification.

History

Can't Lose debuted during the Season 1 elections after the opening of the Forbidden Book. As a result, Zephyr McCloud gained Can't Lose.

On Day 26, Season 2, it was demonstrated that players could be cursed and given Can't Lose during a Solar Eclipse (Gold), when the Bard Umpire cursed Jenkins Ingram. Özlem Suttner and Sigmund Castillo also gained the modification in this fashion, on Day 53 and Day 81 of Seaosn 2 respectively.

Can't Lose reappeared in the Season 2 elections via the Bard Strike blessing, won by the Atlantis Georgias. As a result of Bard Strike, Scratch Deleuze of the Houston Spies was cursed with Can't Lose.

At the end of Season 2, Özlem Suttner revealed Can't Lose players could lose the modification if they ended the season on the championship-wining team. Suttner lost Can't Lose after winning the Championship with the Moab Hellmouth Sunbeams.
