Season 9 zero walks

Proposed edit to Career section: As of game 66, Sandoval has allowed zero walks in pitched games. However, his amount of home runs and hits allowed is... not great. A possible explanation for this is that at a pre-season strategy meeting, the lineup joked that walking should become the Beams' "thing" with their new Base blood. The pitchers all agreed to try make it a contest to see who could allow the fewest walks, to the point Sandoval is willing to pitch a few dingers if it means he can keep the streak going. IRM addition

Would like to formalise somewhere on Sandy's page some additional interpretations of Sandoval - probably using the Jazz Hands' format (Collins Melon) as an example where the "most common" interpretation is front and center, and IRM used for alternative interpretations.

The key interpretations Beams would like included on Sandoval's page are:

  • Sandoval is a sentient stretch of desert, here to throw some dingers and be a friend to all desert creatures
  • Sandoval is some kind of entity, specifically the sort with immense power who mostly just hangs around to dispense wisdom and be a hands-off kind of mentor. Think Gandalf, or The Old Man In A Story With Time Travel Who Lays Out All The Rules For Your Convenience. Sunbeamaratinga (talk) 03:11, 14 October 2020 (UTC)
