Talk:Nandy Slumps

I propose to update the player's existing non-Adrift IRM to cover their move from the Lift to the Wild Wings. The edit will also reflect recent discussion around their ethnicity and portrayal.

The updated article states that Slumps is of Mexican-Japanese heritage. It removes an explicit reference to criminality. In addition to new material covering Slumps' career since the previous update there are adjustments to verb tenses and some minor insertions. Nandy Slumps is briefly mentioned in an update to former Lift teammate Val Hitherto's IRM article (IF-31.344). The two are presented as having a mutually antagonistic relationship.

Nandy's IRM is out of date, and needs to be updated to the new format. Currently, her IRM entries seem to be best suited to the Filebox format, so that's what would be installed for this update.

A proposal to expand the IRM entry headed IF-17.919 with new material, including reference to Slumps' switch from pitching to batting and her role as Undertaker. This update also mentions the players Paula Mason and Lowe Forbes.

There are proposed edits for Paula Mason that incorporate lore for Nandy Slumps coming out of a recent Tigers/Lift lore jam. This lore has also been incorporated in a new entry for the Lenny Marijuana Recording Studio and Parking Annex.

This would also include the Ayanna Dumpington discussion (of Nandy doing jazzercise with Pmason and Ayanna)

I intend to post an IRM entry for Nandy Slumps, summarised as: bona-fide Blaseball legend from waaay back with a rich repertoire of anecdotes, left the splort to play high-stakes Mahjong, enjoyed a parallel career as colour commentator scathing about "the modern game", was approached by Stijn Strongbody to coach the brand-new team he was building but instead came out of retirement to lead the pitching rotation.
