Could do a SIBR/Items to explain the item prefix system

https://www.blaseball.wiki/w/Items already hasd a big list of all the prefixes and what they effect. So what more detail can we add?
- the system of pre-prefixes, pos=prefixes etc. and the number lmits on each
- do we know anything about item generation???
