After the conclusion of Season 14, team captain and doctor of theoretical physics Stijn Strongbody, PhD, engaged in several experiments as part of a greater research effort to allow team member Elwin McGhee to travel to their home dimension. Excerpts from his lab reports are included here.

The following is the abstract of the paper:

An investigation into the effects of the resonance of anomalous metalloid “X” on the motility of subject ”E” through the fourth spatial dimension

Abstract:
Subject Elwin McGhee, subsequently referred to as Subject E, previously exhibited the ability to travel through a fourth spatial dimension to an alternate plane. Following their arrival into this reality, they appear to have lost this ability. Previous tests have revealed that they still have minor influence over their resonance in the fourth spatial plane, resulting in unusual visual phenomena (“Blurring”) and periods of highly increased speed (“Baserunning”). While Subject E did undergo a form of dimensional travel upon being swept away in a way of Immateria, they described the qualia of the experience as “similar but ultimately distinct”, leaving them stranded “Elsewhere”.

Metalloid “X” was obtained from a sample freely given by one Freemium Seraph. The substance is largely metallic in character but displays an unusual mutability when exposed to resonant frequencies.

Research partner Yusef Fenestrate, an expert in fundamental frequencies, harmonics and their practical applications, was unfortunately absent for the testing phase due to being similarly relocated to “Elsewhere” at the time of experimentation. However, their research and notes were heavily referenced through the research phase.
